Public Procurement Law
Our Public Procurement Law team provides comprehensive legal services related to execution of Public Procurement Law projects, both of an ordering or tendering party.
Our services include, among others:
- counseling in the scope of tender procedures and legal advisory in the preparation of procedures granting Public Procurement Law , including the drawing up tender documentation;
- legal advisory in drawing up an offer in proceedings granting Public Procurement Law ;
