Intellectual Property Law

We provide counseling on the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights; for example: how to protect utility models, know-how, confidential information and copyrights. We advise on property rights regarding technology and intellectual property and transferring them on other bodies, also in the case of corporate transactions, divisions, mergers and acquisitions.

Our services include, among others:

  • audits of intellectual property rights and conditions of abiding them by Clients;
  • advisory services in the scope of transferring rights to trademarks and other markings pertaining to goods and entrepreneurs;
  • representing Clients in the proceedings and conducting litigation of the infringement of copyrights and related rights, patent rights, utility models, trademarks and industrial designs;
  • advisory services in the scope of copyrights and related rights, as well as inventions, in particular patent protection of inventions, protection of utility models and transfer of such rights;
  • protection of entrepreneurs against actions of unfair competition acts, including the activities of unfair advertising.
