Corporate Law and Corporate Advisory Services

Our Legal Office provides advisory services concerning the choice of the adequate form of business activity and offers a wide range of services related to establishing a selected legal entity.

Our services include, among others:

  • advisory in establishing and organization of companies, their subsidiaries and branches,
    as well as other legal entities, such as cooperatives, foundations and associations;
  • transformation processes of various business entities, including divisions, transformations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as liquidation;
  • counseling and representation of our Clients in court proceedings (registration, litigation, bankruptcy) and in administrative proceedings related to gaining various permits necessary
    to running a business activity;
  • legal advisory to managing bodies of commercial companies, such as: preparation of commercial contracts and resolutions of bodies of the company and assistance in shareholders’ meetings;
  • advisory to foreign companies interested in direct investments in Poland, also in Special Economic Zones.
