We provide legal counseling on individual and collective labor law, employer-employee relationships, collective employment agreement negotiations and creating proper relations between employers and trade unions.
Our services include, among others:
- drawing up draft employment contracts, non-competition agreements, contracts with managers and members of governing bodies of business entities;
- adapting regulations, such as: employment regulations, rules of remuneration, rules pertaining to company benefit scheme, etc. to individual needs of the enterprise;
- advisory on the preparation of incentive schemes for the managerial staff (including share/stock options);
- providing counseling to foreign managers in procedures of obtaining work permits in Poland;
- participating in restructuring processes; among others: assessment of activities in compliance with the legislation on the protection of employee rights;
- representing Clients before courts of general jurisdiction in proceedings related to employees and social insurance matters.
We also provide counseling on matters related to the termination of employment, including group layoffs. We prepare expert opinions on collective employment agreements; draw up draft employment regulations, rules of remuneration and company benefit schemes.
