Legal Transactions with Foreign Companies

We offer counseling on the interpretation of the law of the European Communities, harmonization of Polish legislation and competition within the EU. We draw up expert opinions concerning solutions on the EU market and in other countries.

• drawing up and analysis of commercial contracts concluded with foreign contractors;
• advisory in establishing and organization of companies, their subsidiaries and branches abroad;
