Real Estate Trade Law
We represent Polish and foreign investors in purchase, sales, expansion, management and rent transactions relating to all types of real estate. The scope of our services also includes representing companies, which invest in real estate, and providing legal counseling to construction companies.
Our services include, among others:
- developing transaction concepts and optimum legal structures that allow effective execution of an investment process;
- preparing construction agreements and other documents required to the execution of an investment process;
- conducting administrative proceedings required for investment, including the examination of ownership rights to real estate and counseling in obtaining relevant concessions and permits;
- creating adequate legal framework for the acquisition of funds required for the financing of investments in real estate and representation in negotiations with banks and other financing institutions;
- executing administrative proceedings, including proceedings of applying for permits authorizing foreigners to purchase real estate or shares/stocks in companies being the owners or perpetual lessees of real estate.
