Mergers and acquisitions
Our lawyers render all types of services related to capital transactions, including mergers and acquisitions of companies operating in the private sector, as well as restructuring and privatization of state-owned enterprises.
Our services include, among others:
- preparation of comprehensive due diligence of business entities in order to identify legal risks related to a given transaction;
- establishing legal aspects of transactions and their implementation;
