- Victory before the Supreme Court in a lawsuit for usucaption of a real estate (usucaption against the Jehovah witness – the political enemy of PRL i.e. the Polish People's Republic) (http://www.rp.pl/artykul/212825,724884-Zasiedzenie-niemozliwe--gdy-wlasciciel-nie-mial-szans-na-odzyskanie-gruntu.html);
- Legal advisory to the shareholders of a company from food industry during the process of sale of company’s shares to the strategic foreign investor;
- Legal advisory to the shareholders of a company from clothing industry in the transaction related to drawing of the equity financing;
- Legal advisory rendered to a company from waste disposal industry in the process of issuance of bonds of the total value of PLN 50 mln;
- Successfully ended legal proceedings for the repayment of the overpaid income tax from a single entity due to the sale of an estate, taking into consideration costs of the purchase of an estate in France (the repayment of PLN 0.7 mln);
- Victory before the Voivodship Administrative Court (WSA) in the legal dispute to settle sports subsidy (representation of a sports club).
- Successfully ended legal dispute before the President of URE to issue conditions for the connection of the wind farm to a client by the energy company.
