in the area of mergers and acquisitions, sale of shares/stocks. We have prepared hundreds of legal opinions and have advised in company disputes.

The Legal Office also has a vast judicial experience - so far, we have represented our Clients in over one thousand judicial proceedings before courts of general jurisdiction, the Supreme Court, as well as administrative courts.
