Zofia Hoffmann - lawyer

Specialist in the field of legal transactions with foreign companies and intellectual property law.

Graduate of law and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She was granted a scholarship in the field of international law at the Faculty of Law of the Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has been working in the Legal Office since 2004.  

Her professional experience includes, among others:

• day-to-day advisory services to business entities, in particular: commercial transactions, developing and submitting expert opinions on draft contracts for economic trade, participation in negotiations;
• participating in projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law;

• cooperating with foreign Clients who invest in Poland and Polish entrepreneurs who conduct business activity on foreign markets, including participation in establishing companies and their subsidiaries and branches abroad;
• participating in intellectual property protection projects;
• participating in preparation of comprehensive draft financing documents of commercial companies, including credit syndication projects.
