Tomasz Bojkowski, Ph.D.- legal advisor

Specialist in the field of finance and tax law.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and a graduate
of Finance and Banking at Poznań University of Economics, the Faculty of Economics. In 2007, he passed a judicial exam. Since 2008, he has been working at Poznań University of Economics, the Faculty of Public Finance. In 2008,
he defended a doctoral thesis at Poznań University of Economics, the Faculty of Public Finance. Since 2009, he has been a legal advisor in District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. He has been working in the Legal Office since 2006.

His professional experience includes, among others:

  • participating in projects related to affiliated entities in the understanding of tax and balance sheet law;
  • preparing strategies for the optimization of taxation of Polish business entities;
  • making analyses of the planned transactions in consideration of tax and competition protection law;
  • participating in projects relating to intangible assets trade;
  • participating in projects relating to waste management, including packaging waste and international movement of waste;
  • participating in the examination and evaluation of financial reports made by a certified auditor;
  • participating in projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law.

He is the author of numerous publications.
