Przemysław Grzywaczewski - legal advisor, partner

Specialist in the field of bankruptcy and reorganization law, real estate trade law, as well as advisory in investment proceedings.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and postgraduate studies of Accountancy and Finance at Poznań University of Economics, Faculty of Management. In 2006, he became an official receiver of District Court in Poznań. In 2007, he became an appointed KRS curator of District Court in Poznań. Furthermore, he is also a liquidator of companies of association with the State Treasury capital participation. Since 2008, he has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. He has been working in the Legal Office since 2001.

His professional experience includes, among others:

  • preparing notifications on the intention of concentration and representation in anti-monopolist proceedings; 
  • preparing strategies for the optimization of taxation of Polish business entities;
  • liquidation of commercial companies and non-profit organizations and representing in bankruptcy proceedings;
  • representing Clients before courts of general jurisdiction and the Supreme Court in economic proceedings;
  • preparing documentation and advisory in investment proceedings;
  • advisory in real estate trade and management;
  • advisory in re-privatization proceedings;
  • establishing Polish commercial companies and providing day-to-day services to them;
  • executing projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law.
