Paweł Fluder - legal advisor
Specialist in the field of commercial law and public welfare.
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2007,
he completed postgraduate studies – “The acquisition and settlement of EU structural funds” at Poznań School
of Banking. Since 2010 he has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
He has been working in the Legal Office since 2006.
His professional experience includes, among others:
- proceedings before courts of general jurisdictions, execution and bankruptcy proceedings;
- founding of commercial companies, mergers and acquisitions;
- preparation of internal deed drafts of commercial companies;
- participating in projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law;
- preparing case documents pertaining to television promotion campaigns;
- making analyses of agreements concluded by entrepreneurs in consideration of community competition law;
- projects on sports marketing.
