Magdalena Napiórkowska - attorney-at-law, partner

Specialist in the field of substantive and procedural law and criminal law.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2006, she has been a lawyer of Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań. She has been working in the Legal Office since 2007.

Her professional experience includes, among others:

• providing counseling services to commercial companies on operating cash flow;
• participating in establishing business entities and non-profit  organizations (in particular partnerships, foundations and associations);
• providing services to foreign business entities in the scope of their activity in Poland;
• representing Clients in proceedings before courts of general jurisdiction, the Supreme Court and administrative courts;
• representing Clients in business negotiations;
• executing projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law;
• conducting criminal law cases.
