Lidia Wesołowska - legal advisor
Specialist in the field of commercial law, spatial development and re-privatization proceedings.
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and German Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2011 she has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. She has been working in the Legal Office since 2005.
Her professional experience includes, among others:
- day-to-day corporate services to commercial companies, in particular preparation of internal company deed drafts;
- participation in the proceedings pertaining to real estate repossession;
- preparing documents pertaining to television promotion campaign;
- participating in legal due diligence projects pertaining to companies;
- participating in projects related to group layoffs;
- developing and submitting expert opinions on draft contracts in the scope of civil law.
