Krzysztof Owsianny - trainee legal advisor
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and German Law Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He participated in the student exchange program Sokrates/ Erasmus as a part of which he studied at Georg-August- University in Göttingen (Germany). Since 2011, he has been a trainee legal advisor in District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. He has been working in the Legal Office since 2011.
His professional experience includes, among others:
- day-to-day corporate services to commercial companies, in particular preparation of company internal documents;
- participation in the processes of founding, merging and acquiring commercial companies;
drafting agreements in business trading; - preparation of proceeding documents before courts and public administration authorities.
