Specialist in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as labor law and property insurance law.
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and postgraduate studies of Management in Poznań School of Banking. Since 2008, she has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. She has been working in the Legal Office since 2005.
Her professional experience includes, among others:
- representing Clients before courts of general jurisdiction, the Supreme Court, administrative courts, goverment administration authorities and insurance companies;
- representing Clients in business negotiations;
- advisory in transactions;
- day-to-day legal consulting of entrepreneurs, including in particular advisory in commercial transactions, drawing up and submitting opinion of draft agreements concluded in commercial trade;
- establishing business entities and non-profit organizations in Poland, as well as participation in establishing legal entities in other European countries;
- preparing the processes of transformation of commercial companies and mergers of trade unions;
- participation in numerous projects concerning the real estate trade and management;
- day-to-day advisory to national trade unions, including preparation of company projects and others collective employment agreements, participation in mediations during litigation concerning joint disputes;
- executing projects on legal due diligence of commercial company law.
