Bartosz Pawelczyk - legal advisor

Specialist in the field of constitutional, medical law and spatial development.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2007,
a Ph.D. student in the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2011, he has been a legal advisor in District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. He has been working in the Legal Office since 2005.

His professional experience includes, among others:

  • participation in administrative and court proceedings pertaining to spatial development;
  • participation in court and execution proceedings, including bankruptcy proceedings;
  • providing services to entrepreneurs, especially legal advisory in the scope of commercial transactions, developing and submitting expert opinions on draft contracts for economic trade;
    participating in legal due diligence projects pertaining to companies;
  • providing consultancy services to health care personnel and health care institutions  (among others, renegotiating contracts with National Health Fund);
  • organizing professional trainings in the scope of medical law and medical jurisprudence.

He is the author of publications on medical law.
